The following are our terms and conditions of trade. We have made every effort to make them as simple and clear as possible. Placing an Order
You may place your order by using our on-line shopping facility, or telephoning us on 01752 228 608.
Payment of your order can be by Credit or Debit card, either on-line, by telephone or in person at our premises. You can also pay, in person, or cash at our premises. We do not accept cheques.
All goods must be fully paid for at the time of order.
You will receive confirmation of your order shortly after placing your order. We may also contact you, by telephone or e-mail, to clarify your requirements and arrange delivery.
Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail second class delivery as standard. Faster delivery methods are available.
All goods remain the property of Hyde Park Hair Shop until paid for in full.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate access to allow your purchase to fit into the room and position of your choice. Please ensure you have made any necessary measurements and contact us if you need advice or further product dimensions.
Canceling an Order
We allow you to cancel or change your order prior to being despatched, it is expected to receive an email notification info@hydeparkhairshop.com
Returns & Replacements
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we can exchange or replace goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Damaged Goods

Please check for any damage caused in transit and it is essential that this is indicated on the carrier’s paperwork.
We will replace them free of charge. If we are unable to replace them we will refund you in full, providing any such damage is notified to us within seven working days of delivery of the goods, in writing.
If you would prefer a full refund to replacement goods, we will gladly refund you, providing you have informed us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, in writing.
No collection charges will be made to you for collection of faulty goods or parts.
Privacy and Security
We take all security issues very seriously and accordingly use a high level of security in our payment section.
Your personal details will only ever be used for the purposes of processing your order. Your details will never be passed to a third party.
